Your Dollars In Action At Camp Fire USA…
- $25.00 fills four children’s backpacks with kid-friendly and nutritious food to take home over the weekend
- $50.00 supplies 30 children from our Elementary After School Program with five days of curriculum-based activities that teach them about the importance of exercising their minds and bodies
- $75.00 gives 12 children from our Shelter Program the opportunity to visit a local museum granting them the chance to be “regular” kids for one afternoon
- $100.00 offers 16 high school students from our Teen Program the opportunity to tour a local college and begin preparing for their next big step
- $150.00 provides 125 children with two pieces of fresh fruit – their FAVORITE snack – in their Snack Packs for the weekend
- $300.00 funds a performance of The Bubbylonian Encounter for an elementary school that would otherwise not be able to have one – giving up to 175 children in grades 1 – 3 an age-appropriate voice to child sexual abuse
- $500.00 sponsors 9 days of summer program for 60 children who would otherwise be unsupervised at home or on the streets
- $700.00 supports a family community night for one after school program – giving Camp Fire kids and their families the opportunity to meet one another, enjoy a hot meal and engage in a fun activity together
- $1,500.00 feeds 35 children healthy snacks during the school year – a snack that often serves as their evening meal
